Refund Policy

We strive to offer our subscribers the best experience, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Below is our refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all our new paying subscribers.

Eligibility for Refunds

New Pathcheck Plus and Max Subscribers Only: Refunds are available only for customers who have purchased a Pathcheck Plus or Max subscription for the first time. If you previously had a paid subscription, let it expire or canceled it, and then purchased another subscription, you do not qualify for a refund.

Refund Request Window

24-Hour Refund Period: You have 24 hours from the time of your initial subscription purchase to request a refund. Subsequent paid periods of a subscription do not qualify for refunds.

Verification Condition

No Verification Usage: If you have obtained one or more verifications within the 24-hour refund period, the refund offer is void.

 

To request a refund, open a support ticket by logging in to your Pathcheck account and visiting Account > Help.
